What to prepare before you contact anyone
A good agent can answer in one message if you send complete information. Before you write, prepare these five things:
- Product: name and photos, or a link to the exact model
- Quantity: trial order, sample, or full container
- Target price: your budget range, if you have one
- Destination: country and city
- Deadline: when you need the goods
If you only have a photo, send it anyway. We can tell you the product category and which details are still missing.
How to reach our team
Best for quick questions, product photos and voice messages.
Best for formal quotations, documents and purchase orders.
Website form
Best for sending everything at once: product, quantity, target price, destination and deadline.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00-18:00 China time (GMT+8). We reply within 24 hours on working days, so a message sent at night in your country is answered on the next China working day.
What happens after you send your request
- We confirm receipt and ask any missing questions (usually the same day).
- We contact factories and verify the supplier.
- You receive an initial quotation: unit price, MOQ, lead time and shipping options.
- If you approve, we arrange a sample or a trial order.
You always know which step we are at. If a price cannot be met, we tell you instead of disappearing.
Why WhatsApp is usually the fastest channel
Most of our buyers are in the Middle East, Russia, Latin America and Africa. WhatsApp helps because you can:
- Send product photos and voice messages instead of typing long specifications
- Keep a written record of what was agreed before you pay anything
Email is still the right channel for official documents: quotations, invoices, packing lists and customs paperwork.
Red flags when contacting any supplier or agent
- They cannot show a business licence or a company address
- They ask you to pay the full amount to a personal account
- Prices are far below the market with no explanation
