The free Incoterms 2020 tool is now published on qingyunjing.com. It is a reference and training tool for buyers who import from China: for every term it shows where the risk passes from seller to buyer, and where the cost changes hands. No signup and no email - just open the page.

What the tool does today
- All 11 terms on one page. EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP, FAS, FOB, CFR and CIF, split into any mode of transport and sea / inland waterway only.
- A route you can drag. Choose a term, then drag the cargo along the route from the factory to the buyer's warehouse. The risk transfer point and the cost boundary move with it, and you can see the moment where they no longer sit together.
- Details for every term. Delivery point, risk transfer point, cost boundary, and who arranges export clearance, main carriage, insurance and import clearance - with who pays for each of them.
- Three dimensions kept apart. The most common misunderstanding in quotations and contracts: responsibility, cost and risk are three different things. The CIF example: the seller pays freight to the destination port, but the risk already passed on board at the shipment port.
- All 11 terms compared. A table with mode, delivery point, risk transfer, main freight, insurance, export and import clearance and unloading, side by side.
- Six languages. English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Why we publish these tools
Almost every new buyer asks the same two questions: which Incoterm should I use, and which documents do I need. The tool answers the first one without an email.
The tool follows the official ICC Incoterms 2020 rules. It is a business reference, not legal advice - your contract and your customs broker always come first.
